A little about me!

I was born in Tokyo, Japan, raised in the South, and currently live in Los Angeles, CA with my fur baby, Queso. I have a passion for human connection and have always found the greatest joy when helping other people. With 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, I have honed in several different skill sets spanning across industries. I have primarily worked in tech and in the fitness/wellness spaces. Scheduling 1:1’s, paperwork, contract management, explanation of benefits and program specifics. I will also ensure smooth off-boarding IF your client should ever want to transition out of the program.

  • Do you have an influx of leads? Do you spend hours a week on inputting your leads in your database? I can give you back that time by managing this for you.

  • I can provide an A+ client experience through concise and professional communication. If your needs are responding to incoming client emails, scheduling client, vendor, or partner calls, I can provide any communication needs that will take minutes to hours off of your daily to do’s!

  • Incoming requests for your time can pile up an you could miss opportunities to sign on more clients. Let me help you.     Forward all of your meeting requests to me! I will schedule your meetings based on your availability. A human to human connection when setting up meetings adds the white glove touch to your client experience.

    This package does not have set hours. You can forward requests at anytime and a 24 hour turnaround will be guaranteed.

  • Starter

    12 hours a month.

    Hours can be distributed however you like and what makes the most sense based on your support needs.

    Most clients like to do 1 hour/ 3 days a week with this package.

  • Premium

    16 hours a month.

    Hours can be distributed however you like and what makes the most sense based on your support needs.

    Most clients like to do 1 hour/ 4 days a week or 2 hours/ 2 days a week with this package.

  • Ultimate

    20 hours a month.

    Hours can be distributed however you like and what makes the most sense based on your support needs.

    Most clients like to do 1 hour every weekday on this package.

Need more or less hours per month?

No problem! Everything is customizable. I offer an hourly rate.

If you sign up for a package and we realize that a few more hours are needed, a tiered hourly rate will apply to each additional hour.
